GRANDPARENTS DAY 2024

It was truly a wonderful experience to have our grandparents here at Pasadena Christian Preschool!! The excitement from the grandchildren was palpable as they eagerly anticipated this special day. Apple Leading up to the event, we enjoyed countless fun rehearsals, practices, and preparations. The children worked so hard, and their dedication shone through as they learned sign language for “Silent Night,” as well as the motions and lyrics for “Oh What a Special Night.” Seeing the joy on everyone’s faces made all the effort worthwhile, and we are so great full for your support in making this event memorable! Thank you for being a part of our preschool community.

This was truly a special event filled with joy and nostalgia! The grandparents had the opportunity to see their grand children’s artwork and class projects. Many grandparents expressed their heartwarming feelings.
The mix of emotions tears, laughter, and joy really captured the essence,

“MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A BLESSED HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025”
Moments like these help us foster strong family bonds and creat lasting memories.

Out with the old, in with the new: Hello 2025!

As we move into a new year, we want to reminisce on how wonderful the last one was. December was especially magical and memorable for us here at PCS. From festive crafts to joyful celebrations, we filled our days with creativity, learning, and laughter. Here is a look back at the activities that made this year extra special:

We decorated our classroom Christmas tree with special ornaments that the kids brought from home.

Our little artists were busy creating seasonal masterpieces! From gingerbread houses to glittery ornaments, the children explored textures, colors, and their imaginations. Some of these crafts were extra special because they were made in collaboration with parents.

The highlights of December were our Grandparent and Happy Birthday Jesus celebrations. Grandparents and parents joined us for songs, crafts, and a special performance by the children. The preschool was filled with joy as we sang holiday songs and shared gratitude to God for a wonderful year.

We read classic holiday stories during outdoor play, in the coziest library nook. We had a delicious hot cocoa treat, in our pajamas, then, Mr. Tim came into our classroom and read a Christmas favorite, How the Grinch Stole Christmas. ‘Twas a wonderfully cheery day!

As we reflect on all the fun and growth from this past year, we’re excited about what the new year will bring. Thank you to our incredible preschool families for your support and involvement.

Wishing you all a Happy New Year!
