Valentine’s Day: Sharing God’s Love!

Room 4 had a lovely time celebrating Valentine’s Day together! During this month, we have been discussing this special day and how it is a time to share kindness and remember God’s love for us and for one another. Our little blessings enjoyed yogurt parfaits and were excited to share their valentines with each other afterwards.

A heartfelt thank-you to our parents who helped bring ingredients, decorations, and supplies!

A Joyful January in Room 4!

January was packed with special moments in our Room 4 class! It brought winter fun, where the children got to play and explore in the snow on the playground. This included going down a giant snow slide, making snowballs, and building little snowmen!

We also had our Fun Run, and Room 4 proudly ran as the Little Rockets! Our friends did an awesome job running around the grassy field… while also making sure to take plenty of water break on this hot day. We are so proud of their efforts!

Another highlight of January was our farm visit! The children had the chance to spend time with an alpaca, goats, bunnies, and sheep. Some of our friends even fed the animals with some hay. (:

We would like to give a huge thank you to our parent volunteers on all of these days, it has been a great blessing to us!

Merry and Blessed in Room 4

What a fun and festive-filled December we’ve had! We drank hot cocoa, gathered to enjoy ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas,’ along with our other favorite Christmas stories, and got cozy for our PJ days. Thank you to Mr. Tim for reading the Grinch story to us in Room 4!

The children did an amazing job for Grandparent’s Day and Happy Birthday, Jesus; we are so proud of them!

All Together in One Pot

Our Room 4 friends loved making stone soup together! Inspired by our story: Fox Tale Soup, they safely helped chop up some vegetables, which we enjoyed later for our yummy soup lunch! Along with it, we had pumpkin and apple pie, fruit, and bread rolls.

A big thank you to our families for your generosity and helping hands. We are so grateful, have a Happy Thanksgiving!

October Fun!

We have had a blast this October! From exciting outdoor and indoor activities to a special visit from our police officer friends and McGruff. Our friends went on a nature hunt that turned into an art project we were able to explore and observe after! We wrapped up the month off celebrating our Apple and Pumpkin days by decorating sugar cookies!
