This has been a busy week for our classroom! We made oatmeal because of our Language and Literacy Curriculum. The story we are going through is the Three Bears. The children asked what porridge is so we made an updated version that they are already familiar with; oatmeal.
The second day was just as popular!
We added chocolate chips and mini marshmallows while it was still warm and watched them melt away!
We also had a visit from the Pasadena Police Department and they told us how to be safe if we go out trick or treating, trunk or treating or a fun Fall Festival.
We got to hug McGruff and the classroom loved it!
This was just the beginning of the week! We also have Apple-Pumpkin Days at the end of this week. The pictures are going to be awesome..
