Physical development; spreading and mixing, skills that help develop a child’s small muscle control and eye-hand coordination, and even early concepts of math and science.  Cognitive development; Cooking inspires children’s curiosity, offering new opportunities to make predictions and observations. Language development; cooking is also a great opportunity for language development, children can match pictures to words and articulate questions inspired by their new experiences.
